We want you to love your Unadorned experience — but if something’s not quite right, we’ve got your back.

30-Day Return Guarantee

Changed your mind? No worries. You can return any product within 30 days of purchase as long as it’s unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is at your own cost (especially for international orders).

International customers are welcome to return eligible products, but return postage will need to be covered on your end. Returns must be sent to our facility with tracking and insurance, as we’re not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Return Process

Once your return arrives at our facility, please allow up to 2 weeks for us to inspect and process your refund.

We’ll issue a full refund of the product price to your original payment method. Just a heads-up: any payment processing or transaction fees from your bank or provider won’t be refunded.
